All orders are FINAL & cannot be changed / edited once placed

we will not respond to Facebook/Instagram messages- email only. This keeps things organized in one place. 

VM ships all orders in 1-8 business days after placed (excluding preorders). If an order is sent shipping time we will not respond to order update messages. Your tracking information will automatically be sent to your email provided within 1-8 business days of order being placed. VM is a one person run business. I ship orders out as quickly as I can while also working full time.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Velvet Monarch does NOT offer returns or exchanges due to limited & exclusive inventory +  preorder items. If you have an order question please email us at velvetmonarchboutique@gmail.com

 Please use size info on each product when choosing your sizes. If you would like to try on products follow us on social media to attend one of our pop up shop events! 

All discount codes must be added at check out by customer at the time or purchase. We are not able to change an order once it is made. Once an order is placed it is final, we do NOT offer order changes or cancellations 
If an item has an inventory discrepancy & we are not able to ship it will be refunded to your original form of purchase. You will get an email notification if this happens 

Velvet Monarch Boutique is NOT responsible for: 

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please go to: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page

 If Velvet Monarch Boutique receives a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to reship, if we don’t hear back within 3 days of issue the order will be canceled and refunded (not including shipping that was at cost of Velvet Monarch Boutique) 

Coloring & patterns on products may vary to do photo resolution, lighting, and edits.
