Shipping policy

Orders currently ship 3-10 business days from when placed. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. 

Velvet Monarch Boutique is NOT responsible for: 

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please go to: https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/claims-support.page

 If Velvet Monarch Boutique receives a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend. You will be emailed if this happens.

Coloring & patters on products may vary to do photo resolution, lighting, and edits. 

Once an order is placed it is final, we do NOT offer order changes, cancellations, or returns.  All discount codes must be added at check out by customer at the time or purchase. We will not change an order once it is made.
